LOS ANGELES, CA, September 24, 2025

California-based SAFE ARBOR INC, a leader in efficient structure framing solutions, is excited to showcase the patented Instatec Modular Building System (Referred to as the Instatec System) at the 2025  Building Components Manufacturers Conference. During BCMC, Safe Arbor will be highlighting the Instatec System at booth number 1431. The Instatec System represents an important evolution in building technology. This unique patent protected panel design is a result of years of research and development, as well as feedback from industry leaders who have been frustrated at the pace of innovation in framing  for construction. The Instatec System offers the construction industry a new solution to build high quality residential and commercial structures better, faster and less expensively than prevailin construction methods.

“We are delighted to be in Omaha at BCMC to get in front of key decision makers in the building industry,” states Michael Neumayr, the CEO,  Founder, & Chief Vision Officer of Safe Arbor and the inventor of the Instatec System. “The Instatec System is an industry game changer as it streamlines construction by significantly reducing tradesperson training time, increasing building speed, and decreasing overall costs. It delivers a high-quality, precision-crafted framed building envelope, notably utilizing small diameter timber—a key factor in mitigating unhealthy forests and wildfire fuels."

The Instatec System  significantly reduces training time for tradespeople while increasing  the speed of building, and decreasing build costs, while delivering one  of the highest quality, precision-crafted framed building envelopes  available on the market. Importantly, we achieve this game changing  solution using small diameter timber that is a primary source of  unhealthy forests and wildfire fuels.

Not only can the Instatec System  be framed 80% faster than the typical sticks and sheets approach to  construction, this innovative, all in one framing system delivers 25% in  overall savings––when factoring current labor time, construction  delays, framing times dependent on prevailing framing process. The  Instatec panel is a deep-formed 3D OSB panel featuring integrated open  installation channels allowing for standardized, simplified code  compliant installation of MEP components. This allows an additional  reduction of labor cost / installation time for electrical by 50% and  plumbing installations by 25%. All of this means Instatec will create  more flexibility for commercial and residential builders seeking a more  efficient, easy to implement, flexible, and less time consuming building  processes than current building processes.

About SAFE ARBOR INC

California-based Safe Arbor, the  leader in efficient structure framing solutions, has developed patented  technologies for a suite of modular building systems. The Instatec  System utilizes small diameter timber, as well as other forms of forest  waste that currently lay fallow on forest floors, increasing the chance  for wildfires. Safe Arbor’s patented technology and the Instatec System  represent a transformative evolution in building. Using the first ever  3D oriented strand board panels, Safe Arbor’s modular solutions are  poised to accelerate and bring greater efficiency to the residential and  commercial building industries. Safe Arbor is led by its CEO and  Founder, internationally-recognized, award-winning industrial designer  Michael Neumayr whose decades of experience include high end work in the  automotive, furniture, and home industries.
